Client Services Manager (PR and Communication Agency)

Our client, a PR, Branding and Communication agency whose mission is to help brands and organizations to identify, connect and engage with customers and stakeholders to drive business results seeks to recruit a Client Services Manager

Job Purpose:
As the Client Services Manager, you will need to know how to navigate complex situations. You will be responsible for developing deep partnerships with our clients to help them achieve their goals and establish the agency as a partner on their team. You are the client’s voice within the company and the voice of the company to the client. As such, you play an invaluable role in client communication, problem solving and relationship management.

The Client Services Management team works daily to go above and beyond to wow the agency clients and ensure they have the best experience in every interaction. The perfect candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who builds partnerships externally and internally while bringing an intellectual curiosity to work each day.

Key Accountabilities
• Managing the Agency’s business portfolio in relation to existing clients
• Organic business development of existing clients.
• Management of key accounts as profiled by the Agency’s team leaders – overall supervision and support of the client service teams – with partnership of team leaders and the Client Service Director.
• Annual and distilled quarterly budgetary planning of the host unit (branding, advertising and event management) – with the Finance team’s intervention.
• Strategic planning of accounts through market and individual client business profiling for existing accounts and subsequently for new accounts.
• Leads business Development by responding to tenders, pitches and request for proposals
• Execution of strategies through managed teams – in partnership with the respective managers (Media investments, PR, AV, Branding and Advertising,)
• Bring on board high yield sales account within defined business units.

Skills and Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills with a service mentality.
• A problem solver who can tackle issues head-on.
• Demonstrated intelligence and unfailing attention to detail.
• The ability to think on your feet and stay above stressful situations
• A team player who will pitch in when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business degree in Public relations, sales & marketing, customer relations or any other related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ similar work experience in an agency
• Registered member of MSK or PRSK
