Role Overview
We are seeking a self-driven and well-connected HR Partnership Lead to drive strategic growth by acquiring host companies willing to absorb students for internship and attachment opportunities. The role involves identifying and pitching to HR departments, securing partnerships, and managing ongoing communication to ensure a smooth collaboration.
This is a flexible role combining remote work and scheduled field meetings. It is commission-based, ideal for someone with strong corporate networks, persuasive communication skills, and the drive to succeed independently.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and pitch CareerCraft Connections’ placement model to potential host companies.

Secure partnership agreements for student placements.

Maintain professional and consistent communication with HR representatives.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, partnerships, and placements.

Attend scheduled meetings (virtual or physical) with prospective or existing partners.

Commission Structure
20% commission on each student successfully placed through companies you acquire.

Performance-based bonuses awarded for achieving key milestones (e.g., 10, 20, 50 successful partnerships).

Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to persuade and build rapport with HR and decision-makers.

Prior experience in partnerships, recruitment, HR, or business development is a plus.

Existing corporate/HR networks will be an added advantage.

Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Must own a laptop and have reliable internet access.

Availability for occasional in-person meetings as required.
