Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
Consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring accurate intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial report reviews.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and collaborate with the treasury team for cash flow management.
Oversee cash management, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
Ensure proper documentation and accounting for related party transactions and intercompany balances.
Maintain internal controls over accounting and treasury processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, focusing on risk management.
Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll tax filings.
Prepare audit schedules and assist external auditors during annual audits.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting and treasury functions.
Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and professional development support.
