Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Manager to be a part of a prestigious 5-Star Hotel in South Sudan. As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our guests by embodying and elevating the essence of relaxation and wellness.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
- Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
- Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
- Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
- Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
- Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
- Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
- Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand

Requirements
- Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Leadership or other supervisory experience
- Advanced skills in accounting software and inventory management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The skill to positively transform customer experience
