Business Development Officer

• Business Growth: Market and promote LOLC Kenya’s financial products to potential customers, identify loan prospects, and initiate quality loans to achieve organizational targets.
• Loan Processing & Analysis: Assess clients' financial status, conduct credit analysis, and review loan agreements for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely loan disbursement and monitoring.
• Customer Relationship Management: Engage clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and handle queries or complaints with a focus on service excellence.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor loan repayment schedules and negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent clients to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Business Support: Conduct market surveys, foster strong client relationships, and manage promotional activities to enhance product awareness and business growth.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to AML & KYC policies and prepare accurate reports as required by management.
