Our client in the advertisement industry in Nairobi seeks to engage an experienced and results-driven person to join his team in the below opening.

Budget: KES 80,000 gross on Full-Time Basis employment.

Overview

Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of projects in Branding and signage department by ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

This role will involve coordinating with multiple teams, including creative, branding, signage, printing, and account management, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.

• Assign tasks to appropriate team members and monitor progress.

• Identify and resolve potential project bottlenecks or issues.

Workflow Management:

o Establish and enforce efficient workflows to streamline project processes.

o Develop and implement standardized operating procedures.

o Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate with team members.

Communication:

o Communicate effectively with team members, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project status.

o Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and potential challenges.

o Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Resource Allocation:

o Allocate resources (personnel, equipment) effectively to meet project demands.

o Prioritize tasks and manage workload to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance:

o Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.

o Identify and address quality issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/diploma in Business administration or Branding and signage related field

• 5+ years of working experience in Branding and Signage

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
