Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Property Accountant who shall be responsible for monthly Rentals, Utilities, Service Charge; raising invoices & collection, Bank Reconciliations, Statutory .Service Charge audits and aggressive collections.
Qualifications Required
CPA / ACCA / Bachelors in Finance
Experience Required:
SAP ERP & Tally usage experience, Accounting background of at least 5-6 years & Management.
Any Specific Skills Required:
Property Management & Multi tasking
Remeneration:
Monthly gross 80,000 to 100,000 kes.
