About Us:
We're excited to introduce SmartPay, an evolutionary new payment method that's changing the way people make mobile transactions. SmartPay is a mobile wallet that allows users and businesses to receive a monthly deposit of SmartPay mobile money, which can be used for mobile transactions. This closed-loop system ensures a secure and controlled environment for merchants accepting payments in various ways, while providing users with a convenient and innovative way for financial inclusivities.

Role Overview:
As the CEO, you will be the visionary leader driving SmartPay's vision to redefine smart mobile money payments. You will work with a dynamic team to shape strategy, secure funding, and establish SmartPay as a global leader in connectivity -powered mobile payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement SmartPay's long-term strategy and goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the vision.
- Foster strategic partnerships with payment networks, financial institutions, and ecosystem
partners.
- Drive fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Champion the brand and represent SmartPay in global fintech forums.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in business operations, fintech, or mobile
payments.
- Strong understanding of business management,leadership roles, technology and digital
financial ecosystems.
- Track record of scaling startups or leading innovative projects.
- Excellent communication, networking, and fundraising skills.
