The Deputy Director of Innovation supports the organization's innovation strategy by identifying opportunities for growth, fostering creative problem-solving, and managing the execution of innovative projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Innovation Strategy Development

Assist in designing and implementing the organization’s innovation roadmap.

Project and Program Management

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of innovative projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree in Innovation, Technology Management, or an MBA (preferred).

Experience
At least 10-12 years of experience in innovation, product development, or strategic leadership roles.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation initiatives.
