Head of IT

Ø Support business on core banking system maintenance and change requests.

Ø Maintain on premise and cloud business application.

Ø Drive digital strategy with relevant stakeholders

Ø Prepare a roadmap for the IT systems and infrastructure and obtain approval from the management.

Ø Implement the IT roadmap by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ø Ensure the IT systems and infrastructure are functioning without interruption to the business and the issues are resolved within the SLA, by interacting with vendors.

Ø Email administration, project management and monitoring, branch network setup and maintenance, device management and IT policy implementation and governance.

Ø Monitor, assess, and maintain the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization, implementing proactive measures to safeguard critical assets, data, and infrastructure from potential threats.

Ø Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enforcement of comprehensive information security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate security risks.
