Duties and Responsibilities Sales and Marketing of Security Boots , School Shoes, Safety Boots: to Security companies, dealers institutions, wholesalers and other vendors and in particular ; 1. Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met. 2. Identify prospective customers and generate leads. Reach out to potential customers through physical visits, email, phone, text, and social media. 3. Understand customer needs and pain points. Ask questions to pinpoint the best offerings for the customer. 4. Recommend the right product or solution for the customer. Emphasize the features of products and how they solve customer problems. 5. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. 6. Maintain sales records for inventory control. 7. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors. 8. Deliver presentations or demonstrate the use of a product. 9. Prepare detailed and regular reports ( Daily, weekly and monthly)
