Quality Controller

LIST OF DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES – QUALITY CONTROLLER
a) Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
b) Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
c) Determine quality metrics for all procedures
d) Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential defects/malfunctions as early as possible
e) Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
f) Prepare reports on defects/malfunctions and corrective actions
g) Review current blueprints and quality documentation
h) Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
i) Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
j) Completes repair and service records as well as any other appropriate activities as specified by the Aftersales Manager.
k) Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
l) Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
m) Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
n) Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
o) Assist the production supervisor in planning appropriately & train any new sub-ordinates if given to you.
p) Provide in process training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
q) Any other relevant duty as may be assigned for the day by the line manager
