The Job
We are seeking an experienced Media and Communications Manager to lead and manage our company’s public relations, media engagement, events, and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey our brand story, build media relationships, and drive engagement through events and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media relations, PR, event planning, and strategic partnership management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Management
● Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility and enhance the company’s reputation.
● Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure effective media coverage.
● Prepare and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
● Serve as the main point of contact for media inquiries and manage crisis communications as needed.
● Track media coverage, analyze PR metrics, and report on the effectiveness of media campaigns.
Event Planning & Execution
● Plan, organize, and execute company events, including product launches, press conferences, and community outreach events.
● Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop event agendas, promotional materials, and ensure brand consistency.
● Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting to measure success and ROI.
● Event sponsorship outreach
Strategic Partnerships
● Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with company goals and drive brand growth.
● Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in relevant industries.
● Negotiate partnership terms and manage contract agreements to ensure mutual benefit and alignment.
● Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded events, and cross-promotional opportunities.

● Familiarity with digital media and social media marketing.
● Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, media placements, and event execution.
● Strong network of media contacts and experience working with press, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
