Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Manage and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Logistics
• Oversee the operation of the weighbridge to ensure accurate and timely weighing.
• Manage the loading team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient loading and distribution of quarry products to clients.
• Manage a fleet of trucks, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales and logistics position, preferably in a fast-moving goods environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
