Job Summary
The MBG Business Advisor will be responsible for introducing and selling the Mastering Business Growth (MBG) programs to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This commission-only role focuses on selling our programs to the entrepreneurs. The MBG Business Advisor will represent the Smartsales in the market, fostering relationships and driving engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent the Smartsales and Mastering Business Growth in the Market:
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and benefits of the Mastering Business Growth programs.
2. Introduce MBG Sales Programs to Ideal Customer Profiles:
Identify and approach potential ICPs, effectively communicating the value of our MBG programs.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each ICP.
3. Introduce Ideal Customer Profiles to Our Communities:
Engage potential clients by introducing them to the broader MBG community.
4. Invite Ideal Customer Profiles to our weekly Open Sessions:
Invite ICPs to attend MBG open sessions, highlighting the benefits and opportunities these session

Qualifications:
Experience in sales, particularly in selling services or programs to business owners & entrepreneurs
Strong network within the business community.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, with earnings based on successful conversions and client engagement.
