Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and revise curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials across multiple subjects or training areas.
Conduct learning needs assessments and align curricula with organizational/academic goals.
Integrate digital learning tools and e-learning platforms into curricula.
Ensure all content complies with educational standards, accreditation, and industry best practices.
Develop assessment tools, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks to measure learning outcomes.
Train and support educators/trainers on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), teachers, and administrators to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Stay updated on pedagogical trends, education policy, and emerging instructional technologies.
Promote inclusive and accessible learning environments through curriculum design.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field.
10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education management.
Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks, learning standards, and educational policy.
Proficiency in e-learning design tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms.
Excellent research, writing, and content development skills.
Strong project management and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt curricula for diverse learners.
