Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading high-impact sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to deliver client solutions.

Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

Mentor and guide junior sales and business development staff.

Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong market research, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships at executive and decision-maker levels.

Experience leading business development teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Willingness to travel as required.
