Risk Manager

A highly experienced Risk Manager with a decade of expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks. Responsible for developing comprehensive risk management frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the company’s assets, reputation, and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management strategies.

Identify potential financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks, and recommend preventive measures.

Conduct in-depth risk assessments and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align risk strategies with business objectives.

Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Monitor emerging risks, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Train and mentor staff on risk awareness and mitigation practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), or equivalent.

Proven track record in risk analysis, crisis management, and compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
