We are seeking a detail-oriented and visionary Senior Editor with over 10 years of experience in managing editorial content, leading publishing teams, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, style, and engagement. Key Responsibilities
Editorial Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement editorial calendars aligned with organizational goals.
Define content tone, style, and voice to ensure brand consistency.
Content Editing & Quality Control
Review and edit articles, reports, scripts, and multimedia content for accuracy, clarity, and style.
Ensure adherence to grammar, formatting, and publication standards.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor a team of writers, journalists, and junior editors.
Provide constructive feedback, conduct training sessions, and foster talent growth.
Content Development & Commissioning
Identify compelling story ideas and assign them to appropriate contributors.
Collaborate with staff and freelance writers to deliver high-quality, original content.
Fact-Checking & Compliance
Ensure all published materials are factually accurate and legally compliant.
Oversee ethical guidelines and editorial integrity across publications.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with design, marketing, and digital teams to optimize content for various platforms.
Support audience engagement strategies through compelling storytelling.
Performance Tracking & Improvement
Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in editing or publishing, with at least 5 years in a senior editorial role.
Exceptional grammar, language, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
Proven leadership, organization, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
