We are seeking a highly experienced Advertising Manager with over 10 years of proven success in leading creative campaigns, managing multi-channel advertising strategies, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both traditional and digital advertising, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development
Design, implement, and oversee high-impact advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, online, and social media platforms.
Align advertising strategies with company objectives, target market insights, and competitive positioning.
Budget & Resource Management
Develop and manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
Negotiate contracts with media vendors, agencies, and influencers.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of creative, digital, and media professionals.
Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Market Analysis & Insights
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and guide creative direction.
Brand & Creative Oversight
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all advertising materials.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish KPIs for all advertising campaigns and monitor results in real-time.
Prepare executive reports summarizing campaign performance, learnings, and recommendations.
Innovation & Trend Adoption
Stay updated on emerging advertising technologies, platforms, and best practices.
Pilot new channels and formats to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in advertising, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising landscapes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
