Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from factory orders to customer deliveries.
* Coordinate with suppliers and factories to confirm product specifications and production timelines.
* Manage shipment tracking and update customers with accurate tracking information.
* Resolve fulfillment issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary.
* Collaborate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Experience managing order fulfillment and supplier relationships.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot shipping or inventory issues.
* Familiarity with logistics platforms and order management systems.
