Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and manage daily dispatch schedules, ensuring timely communication with drivers.
*Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to truck dispatch operations.
*Utilize dispatch systems to assign and track driver routes and deliveries.
*Provide or participate in training sessions on dispatch software and processes.
*Assist team members in improving their English communication and job-related skills.
*Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues.
Qualifications:
*Experience in truck dispatching or a strong willingness to learn the role.
*Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
*Basic to advanced computer proficiency, including dispatch software familiarity.
*Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure.
