Job Description

The Accounts Assistant's primary role will be suporting administrative and clerical support to the accounting and finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting tasks. she or he will assist with various financial tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.

Roles and Duties
updating financial records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining both digital and physical files.
Processing Financial Transactions including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Preparing Financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Administrative tasks like filing, handling mail, making phone calls, and answering queries related to accounts and finances.
assist in the audit process by gathering and presenting relevant financial documents and records.
Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and receipt of payments from customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and tax regulations.
Assists in managing accounts receivable, primarily focusing on debt collection and maintaining accurate records.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (with an Accounting or Finance option), or a related field
Ability to carefully examine and verify financial information is crucial for preventing errors and ensuring accuracy.
Effective communication, both written and verbal,
Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, maintain financial records, and prepare reports.
