Job Description
Appointment Scheduling: Book and manage customer appointments, either in person or over the phone.
Phone Management: Answer calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, file documents, and assist with general office duties.
Payment Processing: Process customer payments and provide receipts.
Communication: Update customers on the progress of repairs and communicate with suppliers.
Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Parts Ordering: Order parts from suppliers.
Invoice Management: Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies.
Email Management: Check and manage emails, and forward them to appropriate personnel.
Data Entry: Enter customer information and other data into the garage's computer system.
Report Generation: Generate reports on customer inquiries, appointments, and other data.
