Job Description

Our client a Dynamic IT company is seeking a smart, professional and energetic graduate to join their team as an Admin/Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in administration or front office roles. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth office operations while providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.
• Ensure the reception and office areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years in an administrative or front office role (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
Ksh 45,000.00 Monthly
