A leading motor vehicle dealership in Nairobi is seeking a Vehicle Sales & Operations Executive to take charge of vehicle sales, digital marketing, client management, and operations. This is more than just a sales role — it’s about leadership, vision, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive motor vehicle sales (both in-yard and online).
* Manage digital marketing campaigns — including content creation, social media, online listings, and lead generation.
* Source and match vehicles to client needs through local and external networks.
* Liaise with financial institutions, NTSA, insurance companies, and other industry stakeholders.
* Manage customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
* Prepare quotations, close deals, and follow up on payments and documentation.
* Represent the company professionally and handle negotiations with confidence.
* Handle vehicle documentation, logbook transfers, and insurance sales.

Requirements:
* Proven sales experience (motor vehicle sales or equivalent field).
* A valid driving license with real driving experience — a must.
* Digital marketing skills — content creation, editing, online platforms, etc.
* Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for execution and results.
* Willingness to work under tight deadlines and on weekends when needed.
* Organized, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
