Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and company vision.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster a positive work culture, drive employee satisfaction, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Performance Management – Implement effective performance evaluation systems to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Compensation & Benefits – Design competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards systems to motivate employees.
- Learning & Development – Lead leadership development, training programs, and career growth initiatives.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Change Management – Support organizational transformation, employee adaptation, and business expansion strategies.
- Technology & HR Systems – Drive HR digital transformation by optimizing HRIS, payroll, and performance management systems.
- Stakeholder & Executive Collaboration – Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement people-centric initiatives that support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️ Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a CHRO or HR Director.
✔️ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Expertise in HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
✔️ Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
