**Job Summary:**

SmartPay Networks is seeking a bright and driven CTO Intern to support our technology leadership team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology strategy, innovation, and leadership within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn about all aspects of a Chief Technology Officer's role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in researching and evaluating new and emerging technologies.
* Support the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps.
* Analyze technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
* Assist in the evaluation of technology vendors and solutions.
* Support the management of technology budgets and resources.
* Help with the creation of technical documentation and presentations.
* Assist in the coordination of technology projects and initiatives.
* Research and analyze data to support technology decision-making.
* Participate in technology meetings and discussions.
* Learn about SmartPay Networks' technology infrastructure and architecture.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Strong understanding of technology principles and concepts.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced technology environment.
* Passion for technology and innovation.
* **Note:** This is an unpaid internship for the first three months. Performance will be evaluated for potential compensation afterward.
