Job Description

Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, develop strong client relationships, and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategies.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
