About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and enhance customer engagement. In this role, you will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimize digital strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in market research, branding, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in positioning our company for sustained success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Strategy – Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Campaign Management – Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
Brand Positioning – Strengthen brand identity and messaging to differentiate the company in the marketplace.
Digital Marketing & SEO – Optimize online presence through paid ads, content marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Market Research & Analytics – Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Content & Messaging – Guide content marketing efforts to ensure consistent, engaging, and value-driven messaging.
Team Leadership – Mentor and lead a team of marketers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Budget Management – Allocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Partnerships & PR – Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, media, and other partners to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional collaborations.
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.
