The position is responsible for providing technical services at the Tyre Centre.

3. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASK
Task Area Main Tasks
1. Technical Services • Tyre fitment, balancing, wheel alignment and inflating tyres to the proper air
pressure at the Tyre Centre
• Battery fitments.
• Carrying out inspection on tyres, batteries, shocks, springs and other parts as per laid down
procedures and inspection forms.
• Puncture repairs.
•Adherence to technical and customer service SOPs and MEMOs.
2. Equipment and Tools Management • Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment a per the machine operation manuals
•
3. Customer Service • To be responsible for customer satisfaction.
• To be committed in providing services to exceed customer expectation.
Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
