Job Description

General Purpose
The Business Development Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, build strong partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to enhance the company's presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to Dovey Pharma’s diverse product offerings.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to design targeted promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing materials and sales tools.
2. Business Acquisition & Partnerships:
• Proactively source new business referrals from consultant doctors, corporate partners, hospitals, and other potential partners.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth.
3. Account Management & Collections:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including insurance companies.
• Ensure effective account management and timely collections to optimize cash flow.
• Monitor and address partner concerns to maintain positive long-term relationships.
4. Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and coach Branch Representatives across assigned branches to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Provide strategic guidance and training to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.
5. Business Expansion & Market Development:
• Identify and develop new potential business areas for Dovey Pharma.
• Conduct market research to explore opportunities for new product and service introductions.
• Assess competitive landscape and recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
