Crane Operator

The Crane Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition heavy materials at construction sites, warehouses, or industrial facilities. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cranes safely to lift, move, and position heavy loads.
Inspect cranes for safety, maintenance, and functionality before and after use.
Follow load charts and lifting capacities to prevent overloading.
Communicate effectively with ground personnel using signals or radio.
Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Perform minor maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Keep accurate records of crane operations and maintenance.
Requirements:

Certified crane operator with relevant licenses.
Experience in operating mobile or tower cranes.
Knowledge of rigging and load calculations.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
