We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Overview
- Communicating regularly with the Head of Operations and Director of Fulfillment

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of Medical Dispatch Riders
- Responsible for the onboarding and management of vendors within LBK
- Ensuring OVA compliance
- Facilitating the processing of orders in real-time
- Ensuring full compliance with all operational regulations

Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in Customer facing or operation roles

Salary: KSh 40,000 Monthly (Gross).
