We’re looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Technical Cofounder to own the technical vision of our core product. This is not a salaried role—equity-based only—ideal for someone eager to build, iterate, and innovate in a Startup Environment. Our MVP is in development, but we need an extremely hands on technical leader to code, drive updates, optimize performance, and scale our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the core product using ES6+, React/React Native, and databases; this is a heavy coding position
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that enhance the user experience
Manage the backend infrastructure and ensure seamless performance
Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure high reliability
Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to our evolving technical strategy

Requirements:
Full-stack Developer with strong UI/UX and back end skills
Familiarity with backend tools like MySQL or equivalent frameworks
Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle technical challenges
