Office Assistant- Nairobi-Law Firm

Emerge Egress Consulting is a HR Management & Training Consulting Firm established in 2017 based in Nairobi. In essence it focuses in Recruitment, Business & Marketing Strategy and Training Programs for various sectors. We partner with clients in various industries and sectors in order to meet their various needs.

Role Objective
A busy law firm in Nairobi seeks to add to their team a reliable and efficient personnel to ensure seamless operations and common goals are achieved.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
• In charge of keeping the office sanitary.
• Assisting in ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Performing messenger duties as required.
• Handling reception duties as needed-Making and receiving calls, email correspondence and welcoming visitors.
• Assisting in typing and secretarial duties as assigned/ delegated.
• Assisting with clerical duties as and when required.
• Any other duties as allocated.

Job Specifications and Qualifications
• Certificate/Diploma in Law/Business Administration and or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
