Position: Project Officer.
Location : Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess cleanliness and project needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including task breakdowns, staffing requirements, cleaning schedules, and necessary equipment allocation.
Assign cleaning crews to specific tasks based on their expertise and availability.
Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met according to contract specifications.
Provide feedback and coaching to cleaning crews to improve performance and address any quality concerns.
Implement quality control measures, such as checklists and reporting systems, to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Track project expenses, including labor costs, materials, and equipment usage, to ensure adherence to budget parameters.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
Generate detailed project reports for clients, including cleaning activities completed, any challenges encountered, and overall project status.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including cleaning schedules, crew assignments, and quality inspection reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and planning skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills: Effectively communicate with clients, cleaning crews, and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail: Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained throughout the project.
Leadership abilities: Motivate and manage cleaning teams to achieve project goals.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals relevant to various cleaning projects.
Experience in project management: Prior experience managing large-scale cleaning projects is preferred.
Degree or Diploma in project management or related field.
