Job Description
The Process Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and coordinated
operations across the Online Sales, B2B, Retail Branches and Social Media departments. This role
involves overseeing and optimizing workflows, ensuring alignment between departments and
implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Maintain Centralized Role tracking
Have role tracker for all directors’ tasks and sub tasks.
Daily update on the tracker all the roles assigned and share with the director about the
same.
Every morning to post the progress of all roles and if any challenges faced.
2. Attending meetings with the Director
Accompany the director in all meetings both online and physical.
Document all action items, assigned tasks & sub tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities
during meetings.
Maintain a centralized tracking system for all tasks and regularly update progress.
3. Constant follow up for all the Directors Tasks to completion with timelines.
Work closely with all heads of departments and sales admin to ensure all reports and
tasks assigned are well executed with specific timelines.
Report any challenge for smooth operations.

- 40.000,00 KES Monthly
