Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Budget Management: Track project costs to meet budget, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Quality Control: Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Reporting: Report and escalate to management as needed, and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
