Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Human resource assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the human resources department and assist with a variety of tasks related to recruiting,hiring and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the human resources department,including data entry,filing and record keeping
Prepare and distribute Hr related communications and reports
Coordinate and schedule training and development activities for employees
Assist with performance evaluation and employee engagement programs
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Create and maintain employee files both electronic and physical files
Support in facilitating sessions during onboarding of new joiners into the organization
Lead the administration of the referral bonus scheme as part of the recruitment process
Protect the organization's value by keeping sensitive team mate and matters strictly confidential

Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resource role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills,including proficiency in Micrososft office and experience with HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred
Proven experience in a HR or Administrative role is a plus
Good organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail
