Job Description
In-depth knowledge of Kenya's safari destinations, wildlife, and travel logistics.
Proven experience in travel sales or safari planning.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
Strong organizational skills to manage itineraries, bookings, and supplier relationships.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
Familiarity with travel systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Design and sell tailor-made safari packages based on client preferences.
Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to manage bookings and logistics.
Ensure seamless travel experiences and handle any client queries or issues.
