Job Description:
As a Surveillance Operations Officer at Dovey Pharma Limited, you will be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of security systems, conducting investigations into security incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of our premises. You will collaborate with our security team to address potential threats and enhance our surveillance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor security systems and perform regular checks to ensure their optimal functioning.
• Investigate incidents of suspicious activity, security breaches, and any other potential risks, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Work closely with security staff to coordinate incident responses and ensure prompt action.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of surveillance activities and investigations.
• Conduct routine assessments and maintenance of surveillance equipment to ensure all systems are operational.
• Collaborate with management to identify patterns of security issues and recommend security improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training staff and security personnel on surveillance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/ Degree in criminology or a related course in a notable institution.
• Proven experience in security operations, surveillance, investigations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, security technologies, and investigative procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and respond to situations effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Experience with security monitoring software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
