Job Description
• Participate in continuous quality improve services delivery and patient-level outcomes.
• Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality.
• Ensure effective stock management by monitoring stock levels.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences with the healthcare services provided.
• Engage marketing professionals to develop marketing materials, campaigns and strategies.
• Participation and contribution to the capacity of building of clinical and other staff through CME’s, mentorship, sensitization and updates.
• Be on the front-line to offer consultation and tests during activations
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
• Clinicians oversee the maintenance and safety of medical equipment and technology used in patient care.
• Ensure stock balancing in the clinic.
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
• Any other duty as may be assigned.
