Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with partners to enhance coordination and push forward gender equality initiatives across different regions.
Knowledge Building and Communication:

Assist in developing background documents, presentations, and materials about women’s empowerment.
Help organize advocacy campaigns, events, workshops, and training sessions to increase awareness of gender issues.
Support the dissemination of knowledge on women’s rights and empowerment.

Qualifications:

Experience: If you have at least 1 year of experience in program management, international development, youth empowerment, or a similar field, we encourage you to apply! Experience in women’s empowerment, gender equality, or youth-led organizations is a plus, but not a requirement. We value passion and dedication to the cause—so even if your background isn't an exact match, we’d love to hear from you!
Skills: You should know how to manage projects, enjoy working collaboratively with others, and possess good communication skills. If you’ve worked with NGOs or women’s rights organizations, that’s a plus. The willingness to learn and grow in this role is essential.
Interest: We’re looking for someone passionate about women’s empowerment and making a positive impact. If you’re eager to learn, develop your skills, and contribute to meaningful programs, please apply.
